Brad and Bonnie, private detectives, have been hired to crack down an underworld drug and prostitution ring by gangsters Tedder and Tiger. Bonnie, working undercover, enrols as a student in a modelling school where her missing sister has studied. It turns out that the head of the school, Judy Chen, has links to the underworld through her boyfriend Ringo. The police are mystified as, one after another, prostitutes are found brutally murdered. They discover that all of the prostitutes are graduates of Judy’s modelling school. When Brad receives evidence exposing Tedder’s crime syndicate and his connection with the murders, he becomes the target of Tedder’s assassins. Brad narrowly escapes from death as he fights these highly trained killers to the finish with his Ninja skills. Judy knows that Ringo has been luring her girls into prostitution, but when she realises that he has been involved in their murders, she threatens to go to the police. Ringo kills her. Bonnie’s search for her missing sister leads her to Ringo and his gang. When she learns that her sister has been murdered, she unleashes all her Ninja fury in a blood bath of revenge. Ringo and his men are all killed. Tiger, however, almost kills Bonnie before she finally does him in. Brad and Tedder are almost equal in skill, but Brad roves to be better and kills Tedder despite his own severe wounds.
